Manousakis Keramik – Decorative Hibiscus Plate – Gold trimmed, Possibly A Rare Design.
I have done a bit of research on this piece and it is unusual to find this Hibiscus design on a Manousakis plate without a decorative floral plate border. This encourages me to believe that perhaps it is quite early.
Dominantly patterned with Hibiscus flower and foliage this hanging plate would perhaps suit a sun-room or conservatory wall as it most certainly would assist in the illusion of bringing the outdoors indoors and provide beautiful colour in a well lit room.
